Prayer Request

Blessed are ye,
    when men shall revile you,
    and persecute you,
    and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely,
    for my sake.

    Rejoice,
    and be exceeding glad:
    for great is your reward in heaven:
    for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

    Mat 5:11-12

Lord, I thank you for this.
What would I do without your words?
You comfort me,
you let me see hopefully into an eternal life
at your side.
Thank you that you leave no doubt
that I am saved by you,
which cost you your life and more,
so whatever people may say or do,
it does not matter much.
Please keep me on your way,
stop me
when you think I have gone my own paths.
Only your path is the right one.
I know this. Let me never forget,
and forgive me where I was wrong.

Amen.
